The ForeIncome II 7 With Guaranteed Income Builder is a Single Premium Deferred Fixed Index Annuity with a 7 year surrender charge period, featuring: • An MVA provision. • A Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit (included at issue, with charge). • A Bailout provision. The GLWB includes a Guaranteed Income Builder Benefit. The Withdrawal Base can grow by the Deferral Bonus on each Contract Anniversary prior to the Activation Date. There is no bonus in the Contract Year that includes any withdrawal, and there is no bonus after the Activation Date. The LAP does not change after the Activation Date other than as a result of the Step-Up and Excess Withdrawal provisions. The Deferral Bonus each year is a percentage multiplied by the Deferral Bonus Base. The Deferral Bonus Base equals the Contract Value on the WB Start Date, and it reduces proportionally to the reduction in Contract Value for any withdrawal. The annual rider charge for this benefit is a percentage of the Withdrawal Base.
